Synthesis and Molecular Docking Studies of Novel Quinazoline Derivatives as Anti-Cancer Agents
Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD) and wet-lab synthesis of novel Quinazoline derivatives targeted against EGFR tyrosine kinase receptor. The research validates high binding affinity through molecular docking tools followed by in-vitro cytotoxicity assays on MCF-7 breast cancer cell lines.
Phytochemical Screening and Anti-inflammatory Activity of Moringa Oleifera Leaf Extract
An analytical evaluation of the bioactive compounds present in Moringa Oleifera leaf extracts. The study maps quantitative phytochemical screening (flavonoids, alkaloids, and saponins) and demonstrates significant anti-inflammatory outcomes using in-vitro membrane stabilization models.
Design and Evaluation of Gastroretentive Floating Tablets of Amoxicillin
This research focuses on developing a gastroretentive floating drug delivery system (GFDDS) for Amoxicillin to prolong gastric residence time and increase bioavailability. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC K4M) and sodium bicarbonate were utilized to optimize floating time and drug release profile.
